These 5/8 scale choo choo's are real oil fired steam
engines chugging there way around the Magic Kingdom
with a quick look at a Jurassic Diorama between New
Orleans Square and Tomorrowland.
The Disneyland Railroad is the best way to sit down
for a spell and enjoy a run around the park.

so you can see all of Disneyland before running wild
for the rest of the day.

Have you ever wondered
what is ticking on the telegraph in the New Orleans
Square Telegraph office? Well it's Walt Disney's speech
from the opening day of Disneyland.
The Cabooses on the trains are part of the original
trains from 1955. Their use was discontinued because
the windows where to small for guests to see out of...
but Disneyland refurbished them with plush furniture
and brass fittings for entertaining visiting VIP's
The Diorama you see on part of the trip was originally
built for the worlds fair along with It's a Small
World and two other now defunct Disney attractions.
Walt had them moved after the fair to their current
locations in the Magic Kingdom.
